B- How our strengths can backfire: Communication styles (DISC) and their pitfalls.

C- Identifying our core values and evaluating their alignment with those of our company, department, and team.

D- Identifying situations that cause beneficial stress.

E- Optimising positive stress.

6- Empowerment

A- Pair interviews and debriefing: Discovering your skills and key strengths.

B- Empathy as a remedy. (+ Video).

C- Identifying individual energy sources among participants.

D- Daily relaxation exercises.
