B- How our strengths can backfire on us: Different communication styles (DISC) and their pitfalls.

C- Understanding our core values and whether they align with those of our company, department, or team.

D- An inventory of productive stress situations.

E- Strategies to optimise positive stress.

6- Empowerment

A- Interviews (in pairs / debriefing): Discover your skills and major qualities.
