This two-day program is tailored to assist teams belonging to an Agile Release Train (ART) in operating efficiently within an Agile setting by leveraging frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Attendees will acquire the skills to function as an Agile Team, develop and oversee their backlogs, and successfully plan and carry out iterations. The curriculum also stresses the importance of comprehending the team’s position within the ART and how to collaborate, plan, execute, and continuously enhance performance alongside fellow teams.

The training equips teams to engage in a Program Increment (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level activities, with a specific emphasis on upcoming PI planning sessions. Finishing this course also readies participants for the certification examination to achieve the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) credential.
