SAFe® for Teams Training Course
Spanning two days, this course is crafted to empower teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) to thrive in an Agile setting by utilising frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Attendees will acquire the skills to operate as Agile Teams, handle backlog creation and management, and effectively plan and carry out iterations. A strong emphasis is placed on comprehending the team’s position within the ART and mastering collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement in synergy with other teams.
The training equips teams to actively participate in a Program Increment (PI), covering both Team-level and Program-level events, with specific attention to forthcoming PI planning sessions. Completing this course also readies participants for the certification exam to achieve the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) credential.
