  • Conducting design reviews and managing engineering changes

Session 4: Phase 3 - Process Design and Development

  • Developing process flowcharts and process control plans
  • Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and statistical tools
  • Application of advanced quality planning tools (e.g., Control Plan, Process FMEA)

Session 5: Phase 4 - Product and Process Validation

  • Prototype fabrication and testing
