We will construct a Power App using Microsoft Power Apps to monitor tasks related to house construction, with data stored on SharePoint for ease of use. Subsequently, we will leverage Power Virtual Agents to demonstrate how users can activate bots within Microsoft Teams. These bots will guide users to locate documents that might be dispersed across various SharePoint sites, such as loan agreements, budgets, and sales contracts, using our course example. I believe these bots have significant potential for HR and IT teams, particularly for addressing repetitive inquiries. I will also guide you through setting up straightforward flows in Power Automate to archive attachments from specific senders (in our example, saving inspection reports organized by the bank) and other simple flows that store Microsoft Forms data on SharePoint. Additionally, we will establish fully automated processes using the Approvals app within Microsoft Teams. Once the app, bot, and flow are finalized, the concluding step involves creating a basic Power BI report. We will use Power Automate to send a snapshot of the table containing the most recent completed tasks to a specific recipient (the bank in this case) every two weeks. This report will request a drawdown, including the date the tasks were completed and their associated budget amounts, all of which are captured within the app. Please note that this course is designed at a high level. I recommend that learners utilize ChatGPT for more technical aspects, such as coding elements or formulas in Power Apps. However, the course also covers this topic, demonstrating how to effectively harness ChatGPT to assist with Power Apps formulas.
