Course Description and Objectives
The aim of this training is to understand what agile product development based on the Scrum framework involves. During the course, you will learn about Scrum’s roles, events, and artefacts, as well as its other key elements. To reinforce the knowledge and better grasp the agile approach, we have prepared exercises and simulations that will provide you with the foundational knowledge needed to organise work in Scrum, conduct meetings effectively, create and manage requirements and schedules, and track progress. You will also learn what User Stories are, the purpose of Planning Poker, the benefits of using a Burn-down Chart, and how the Definition of Done is established. The training is based on the latest official Scrum Guide, published in November 2017.
For those interested, there is an option to purchase vouchers that will allow you to sit for the Professional Scrum Master I exam.
