Agile Essentials Training Course
The iSQI Agile Essentials qualification is globally recognised and designed for professionals engaged in agile projects who wish to become accustomed to operating within an agile framework. This programme is ideal for Project Managers, Quality Managers, Software Development Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, IT Directors, and Management Consultants. The curriculum consists of eight sections that guide participants through the entire lifecycle of an agile project, ranging from release planning and user story creation to iteration reviews (showcases) and retrospectives. The first day emphasizes key theoretical principles (55% theory, 45% practical exercises), while the second day focuses heavily on practical application (40% theory, 60% practical exercises).

Practitioner in Agile Quality (PAQ) certification
21 HoursPAQ is a 3-day experiential exam preparation training course with a focus on honing practical skills that can be implemented back in the workplace.
The exam takes the format of a ‘hands-on’ assessment where candidates are given a product backlog release which includes user stories, associated design documentation plus a ‘multi-drop’ application seeded with defects. Candidates will be given instructions as to what is expected of them during the practical assessment and the opportunity to create the work products required. Each practical assessment will contain 1or 2 additional scenario-based questions requiring written answers (up to 5 questions in total) that cover a selection of competencies. These written answers will be marked along with the answers to the product backlog release by an independent assessor. Assessment duration is 2.5 hours.
SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager with POPM Certification

A strong emphasis is placed on comprehending the team’s position within the ART and mastering collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement in synergy with other teams.
The training equips teams to actively participate in a Program Increment (PI), covering both Team-level and Program-level events, with specific attention to forthcoming PI planning sessions. Completing this course also readies participants for the certification exam to achieve the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) credential.
