  • Comparative overview: Lean vs. Agile vs. Six Sigma

3. Lean Kanban Methodology (4 hours)

  • Key components and basics of the Kanban system
  • Effective board administration
  • Pull systems and Work In Progress (WIP) limits
  • Flow metrics: Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Takt Time

4. Lean in Operational Processes (4 hours)

  • Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
  • Identifying waste specific to banking workflows
  • Implementing KAIKAKU (breakthrough improvement)

5. Additional Lean Techniques (2 hours)

  • GEMBA (the actual place)
  • KAIZEN (continuous improvement)
