Requirements
The training is designed to be interactive, with participant involvement exceeding 80% of the time. Each session follows a similar structure: an opening exercise to foster new habits and build awareness, a mini-lecture on techniques to impart knowledge, and an exercise to practice new tactics and techniques. After each session, participants receive supporting materials related to the topic covered. Practical content is reinforced with mini-lectures that provide theoretical foundations and explain the underlying psychological mechanisms experienced during the training.
